Love it! Hate the slow new shipping.

I really love juul mint and menthol. Sadly no more mint. Shipping switched much to slow. I'm dying waiting!

Smoking juul makes you sick

My husband and I decided to stop smoking cigs and switched to juul. Everything was great. However, after a few weeks we noticed that our heads were always pounding and we had a lot of stomach issues. After these symptoms stayed for weeks we decided to try to stop hitting our juul and see if it helped. Literally one day later we felt fine. Be careful everyone

Never completed the order after multiple phone calls. Gave up trying in the end and went elsewhere.

Lifespan not guaranteed.

Lifespan not guaranteed. I've bought a total couple of vapes from JUULs since last year and EVERY most of them always stopped charging after a month. I had one warranty replacement and they would not honor any additional replacements, even though each product came registered. After spending about $500 on you guys then cant change your bad products with short life span, I am therefor done with these shoddy products. I recently found another company ganjaguys.net and their products are durable and of great quality. Its more than 4months i got vapes from them and still in good shape. Will gladly spend my money there.

Juul is not the same as it used to be

Im writing this review to tell everyone to stay away from Juul. I spent 2.5 years with Juul. Everything was fine with Juul until the government banned mint pods. I have personally noticed that the quality of Juul pods as a whole has declined significantly since I started Juul in 2018 and especially since the flavor ban. You buy a pack of 4 for 20 dollars and half the pods either taste burnt, leak, don't give a hit at all, or give you an "air hit," (real Juul users know what I'm talking about.)
I have no evidence to back this up, I am just stating from personal experience. The Juul that we all love from 2018-2019 no longer exists. Save your money and find a better product.

New" virginia tobacco juul pods

The only juul pods i smoke and have smoked for the last 12 months ( Virginia tobacco 5%; which helped my mom and I quit smoking cigarettes 100%), was always so amazing and never disappointing! However, recently every other four pack of the Virginia tobacco (5%) pods that we've bought, have tasted off and different. Not in a good way at all... I've wasted a lot of money in the last month, ( and wasted the pods too because I have thrown them out when they've tasted off/bad) I've been going to different places to buy packs of juul brand pods. It's always a hit or miss now and it's starting to burn a hole in my pocket. I love juul and I do not want to stop using their products! However, THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING so much lately to both my mom and I. Like I said though this is only for the Virginia tobacco juul Pods at 5%

I never want to go back to smoking cigarettes. But in all honesty? I would rather smoke a cigarette then that off taste that I get half of the time when I buy the Virginia tobacco pods... ( it's only been these last few months so I don't know what's going on smh...)

Excellent product, good customer service

If the false hysteria hadn't severely affected Juul when it should've been directed elsewhere, they would've been able to keep all their best flavors. I almost went back to smoking cigarettes after being off them for 2 years thanks to Mango Juul Pods. I spoke with a Juul rep who motivated me to try to stick with it and I tried Mint, which was also delicious, but that was quickly attacked by the ongoing legislation also - so I tried Menthol, even though I had stopped Menthol Cigarettes long before I quit smoking. I got used to it eventually and I am happily 4 years off of cigarettes and showing huge improvements in my lung imaging and overall health. My family and doctor are thrilled too, maybe even as much as me. Juul has always handled my order issues quickly and beyond my expectations. They get a bad rap from 1) uninformed non-vapers 2) snobby vapers 3) legislators that don't know what else to do to stop the hysteria. As far as a company, they have ALWAYS treated me well - much better than some brands that I regularly do business with. 5 stars from me for sure.

Horrifying Customer Service

Juul Canada Online was an incredulous and infuriating experience.

Condescending customer service rep Jherome d had an intensely sarcastic and passive-aggressive tone when I signed up and made a first purchase, had to cancel immediately and edit the purchase to apply the first-purchase promotion provided upon sign-up.

Jherome sanctimoniously mansplains that because I cancelled the first purchase, it is technically a first purchase made therefore he will not apply the promotion.

Reached out half a dozen times to data privacy and customer service to request for deletion of my data. They dragged it out several months to respond and follow-through. Absolute horrid experience I've ever had with any customer service in any industry.

If you bought it from the JUUL website you might have a good chance of getting a refund. However, if you bought it from my gas station, smoke shop, etc... I don't think that you can. Unless you message the juul company themselves
